My wife, and I, attended an open house, in January. We met Michael there. We loved the house and ended up using him to make an offer. Michael is truly a good guy who has your best interest at heart. There were several bumps, in the road, along the way to purchasing the house. Michael helped us to navigate every one of them and had our back every step of the way. He is a consumate professional who knows his profession. Should we ever need the service of a realtor again in the future, there is no doubt that we will use Michael again. Oh yes, and by the way, we closed on the house yesterday. 🙂

If you want an agent with good morals, a go getter attitude and someone who genuinely cares and gets it DONE, Mike is your guy!

Trustworthy, hardworking, honest and dedicated. If I could give ten stars I would. We didn't meet the typical way, I went into an open house representing myself, looking to get it done and I ended up finding someone that matches that same energy after having some struggles with agents dropping the ball in the past. Mike restored our faith in the real estate market, and has been working extremely hard to get us into our dream home!

I needed a realtor I could trust and help me hold my hand with the whole process since I’m clueless. Today we said goodbye to our first home. The home we brought two of our babies home to. The home where countless memories were made, conversations were shared, and tears were shed (the good and the bad). I'm so honored to have made this house a home with my amazing husband by my side (embracing every crazy Pinterest project I found). Excited for our next adventure and whatever plans God has in store for us. Shout out to Michael Tellier for representing us through this crazy market and advocating for us every step of the way. 5 Stars truly aren't enough. My wife and I have been working with Mike Tellier from the DiSpirito team and thanks to their unparalleled efforts, we are now proud home owners. Today's market can feel very intmidating but, Mike was able to make the experience not only managable, but enjoyable. He was there night and day to answer any questions and make sure we didn't miss anything. He got us into a showing after they were already fully booked and when we were ready to make an offer, Mike had it submitted within the hour. I never leave ratings for anything but definitely had to take a minute to leave this here. I have to say the Dispirito Team and of course Mike Tellier were hands down the best Realtor company we could have asked for. Mike worked till any hour for us and not because we asked or pushed he was just there making sure everything we needed was takin care of! Mike Tellier and the Dispirito Team were amazing!! Mike was Extremely responsive any time of the day/night with any questions or concerns we had. Kaycee was always getting us in to see properties fast and Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helped us navigate throughout the whole buying process. Emilio would always check in and see how we were doing while searching for a property and even after we closed and moved in, letting us know that the team is always a resource even after the transaction. We absolutely love our home and could not have done it without this Team!! We have also referred friends to the Dispirito Team for their home search and they recently just closed as well!!

Just closed our home with Mike Tellier, to be honest for first time home buyer i was skeptical and pain in the butt, But Mike helped me through everything. He was there and I was 100% comfortable knowing that he will reach out to me Whenever I needed any help. I never felt I was talked into any deal. With that being said I would also like to thank Emilio for making gathering this team together, Kaycee for coordinating all the showing, Michael Saccone for cordinating transition. Today, my family and I moved into our first home. Throughout the process, the DiSpirito Team displayed empathy, patients, and knowledge. They was very responsive to my questions, concerns, and requests. In less than a month, we put in an offer (under asking) and move into our new home. Our agent Michael Tellier, even advocating (per my request) to move the closing date, so we can be settled before the holiday. I highly recommend the DiSpirito Team!! The positive, smooth experience I had with buying my first home, was only possible because of the team I had behind me. I feel the DiSpirito Team deserves every star and I highly recommend them



my home was in a tough location on a busy road. Mike and Emilio worked non stop with numerous open houses and untold showings. when I'd get down Emilio would give me that pep talk and off we'd go. they sold my home for a great price. the buyers realtor was new at the game and when he got lost Emilio jumped in and led him through. when the closing threatened to stop the closing of my new home Emilio got on the phone and pushed everything through. I couldn't be happier or more thankful. I feel I've made 2 good friends in Mike and Emilio and I recommend them to all.



Wanna thank Mike Tellier for ALL his hard work on the purchase of my first home!! There was no dumb question with Mike and I had alot of dumb questions 😂!! He answered all my phone calls and text literally in minutes if not right away!! Thank you Emilio for teaming us up with Mike!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the DiSpirito Team and the effort they put forward to sell me home. I intended on selling the home myself, but decided to go with Emilio after learning about his team and what they do for their clients. Absolutely the best decision I could have made! Emilio and Mike were phenomenal to deal with in person, and the rest of his team were just as impressive in facilitating a smooth sale. I can't recommend them highly enough!

As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect. Mike Tellier and the team made this process as easy as it could have been and the atmosphere they create is very relaxed but still professional. They guide you through every step so you know what's happening and I absolutely recommend them. They also have contacts to recommend for every part of the home ownership process so what they provide goes past just helping you sign the contracts. Thank you again Mike!
