Thank you! Thank You, Thank You!!! Morse Family.

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!!!
This wonderful couple is very special to me.
Justin's dad has been a friend since we were kids in school together.
The entire family has stayed connected through the years and it has been a joy to see Justin and Ashley work so beautifully together to make so many of their dreams come true.
We will miss you being close by, but are so excited for you to begin this new adventure!

Today we said goodbye to our first home. The home we brought two of our babies home to. The home where countless memories were made, conversations were shared, and tears were shed (the good and the bad). I'm so honored to have made this house a home with my amazing husband by my side (embracing every crazy Pinterest project I found). Excited for our next adventure and whatever plans God has in store for us. Shout out to Michael Tellier for representing us through this crazy market and advocating for us every step of the way. We wouldn't have gotten to this point without his guidance and support. đź’— Next step closing on our new home and heading out Friday! — with Justin Morse and Mike Tellier.

A Triple Buy/Sell!

This was a happy day. Final walk through for the buyers. I represented the sellers of this lovely home. We were in a simultaneous buy/sell scenario, on every front! The buyers of their home also had to sell. And the sellers of the home they were buying were also in a buy/sell.  I won't lie, this was one of those tough ones.  We had to do some serious negotiating and practice the utmost amount of patience and tongue biting.   This transaction was a bit of walking through fire, and I know I can always serve my clients with skill and integrity, while treating the other side of the deal with dignity and respect, regardless of how our side is treated.

To top it all off, these clients are family as well. We worked well together and moved a few mountains to make this all happen!  Tomorrow's our walk through on their new home!
